Absence

There is no provision for credit to be issued on class tuition. Tuition is not refundable and no adjustment can be made for the number of days or classes in a given month or for days missed due to illness or personal reasons. 

Students are eligible for up to 5 makeup classes per school year, if used within 30 days of the absence.

If your class falls on a Studio 8 holiday, you are eligible for a makeup class if used within 30 days of absence; makeup classes must be used in a different class than the class the student was absent from.

Make up classes cannot be used in a class that the student has been enrolled in the past 60 days

Refunds or credits will not be made for absences for any reason. Missed class or holidays will not be prorated. Students must contact Studio 8 office to schedule a makeup class.
